Bank service is ok, disappointed that they are only open until 4:00 PM. Transferred all my Accounts from MHVFCU, and though most banks were on "bankers hours" (9-5) Oh well, my fault for not not looking into this before switching banks...
My family and extended family has banked at this branch for over 40 years. I have worked with the branch manager and associates on loans and countless personal banking questions. There is a reason we have stayed with them. They always help and do what they can. I am very grateful for those personal relationships over the years. I would highly recommend this bank.

Unnecessary check holds, account closure fees, refusal to send a debit card to a new client, and rude employees. Such a pleasant banking experience.
