Had the worst experience with Eva and the Teller they both had bad customer service.... I would rather go to another key bank...or close my accounts with key bank.
Very long waiting time. And only one cashier.
This is the worst branch I have been to. They put my deposits in the wrong account almost everytime, causing delays in cleared funds. They fail at the smallest of tasks and always super slow. Avoid this branch at all costs.
Their atm never works go with a bank that at least has a working atm. Zero sense of urgency from any of the employees you will have a long line and one person is sitting there while other people just walk around and twiddle their thumbs L bank frfr . I came for something quick I just needed a couple papers notarized they took 35 minutes I had to leave to get back to work on time these people do not care if you in some sort of a rush they are in their own world just trying to pass the day I will be switching banks after this ... read more
