We withdrew $20.00 from the ATM and then my wife went into the bank to get quarters for the laundromat. They told her they do not give change unless she had an account there. She told them I had a bank card, but that was not acceptable to them. They gave her the change but told her they would not do it again. The banks have the right to refuse service to non account holders, due to terrorism and money laundering and etc. US Bank and Westbanco have no problem making change, they are respectful and courteous. Key Bank is not.
