Made deposit at Key Bank ATM today into my Key Bank account and it said could not process, but did not give money back. Branch told me to call 800# which took me to a call center in Manilla. They said account is closed. However, there is money in the account. So, then they say I do have an open account but the one tied to card is closed. Interesting how does the ATM allow you to get passed the security pin entry for a closed account? and then allow you to select deposit and insert money? and even if it let's you get that far... read more
