So we've had Key Bank for years, years of nothing but issues. As nice as your employees are, they cant seem to do anything right. After my fiancee cashed his check and deposited some, he brought up to the teller that he was supposed to receive a new debit card weeks ago and still hasn't gotten it. The teller offered to have it sent directly to the branch, so my fiancee said yes and didnt think twice before leaving. 2 days later, his card gets declined at the store 3 times.
