I have been a keybank customer since 2001. The years of satisfaction have been mixed with keybank as a whole. Recently, I have experienced two poor customer service interactions at Keybank on East Ave in Lewiston. Today was a cake topper! I called yesterday afternoon and inquired whether or not I should make an appointment for an important letter I need drafted by keybank. I use this ATM all the time in the Lewiston Mall Plaza. However, this time I left my debit card in the ATM because I had a screaming infant in the back seat who wanted OUT of the car.. so I called this morning and they inform me that JUST because I am not a Key Bank member they have to shred my card.... but if I was to be a member and it was a Key Bank card then they wouldnt of had to shred it. Alice Mogensen is a gem of a branch manager. She truly puts the customer first in every situation...I would trust her with any one of my clients. Highly recommend!

For the second time I've been charged with a statement fee because they keep sending it to the wrong address after I've gone in three different times to change it when they sat there and told me that it was changed. In my opinion that's completely unprofessional and I'll be taking my business elsewhere thanks.
