In the beginning of this week I came to open up a account at this Middletown, NewYork location. Their is a worker with a nose piercing that made me very uncomfortable being overly friendly and flirty. So I bring my concerns to the branch manager. When doing so the branch manager and the employee give me an attitude after they talked together. So I took my business elsewhere .
Today I went to key bank over in Middletown , NY and the People that works their were very rude and they always have some sort of issue!! the business here SUCKS and the employees are very rude I’m HIGHLY UPSET && Felt DISRESPECTED!!!
I went open up a account and the staff was very rude. No one came and helped me for a hr. They were speaking with each other in spanish and cared less about the custimer. It seeme like after covid, everyone lost their mind. Customer satisfaction is a thing of the past. Very immature people working here, especially the Branch Manager.
Several times stopping at this branch when seeing family in Middletown. Overall staff members friendly and professional and courteous. Any business I needed to get done was in and out quickly without any issues. Been with key bank for a number of years even when attending transactions I needed to take care of at different key bank branches. Yeehaw! Yeehaw!😊
