I had a great experience at the KeyBank branch in Plainville thanks to Angelica. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to fully understand and resolve an issue with my account instead of rushing me through it. Her professionalism and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful situation very easy and pleasant. On top of that, she has a great smile and a welcoming presence that really makes customers feel comfortable. KeyBank is lucky to have her!
Not happy with this bank. They never alert me from them. Im taking my money else where.
Great service and friendly
Honestly worst naming experience I have ever had!! Would never recommend key bank to anyone. They restricted my account for making g a deposit and stole the money that was in my account. Was told I need to put in a claim and I could possibly get it back.
