I’ve been cashing checks written out to my business with this specific KeyBank for some time, and they’ve cashed my business checks before without issue. However, recently they refused to cash a check made out to my business, even though nothing had changed. It was frustrating to be denied a service I’ve previously relied on. I hope this location can rectify this issue with their employees moving forward and maintain some sort of consistency that a large bank should have the ability to maintain.
They are always there for me and nothing but positive experiences with them. I’m very happy with Key Bank and I trust them.
I had a great experience at the KeyBank branch in Plainville thanks to Angelica. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to fully understand and resolve an issue with my account instead of rushing me through it. Her professionalism and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful situation very easy and pleasant. On top of that, she has a great smile and a welcoming presence that really makes customers feel comfortable. KeyBank is lucky to have her!
Not happy with this bank. They never alert me from them. Im taking my money else where.
