Great service and friendly
Honestly worst naming experience I have ever had!! Would never recommend key bank to anyone. They restricted my account for making g a deposit and stole the money that was in my account. Was told I need to put in a claim and I could possibly get it back.

If I could give zero star I would do that. I am so upset with this bank. I have multiple accounts including line of credit with this bank. I have been charged for fees on the line of credit that I have not even touched and when spoke to multiple representatives and even the supervisor and he said sorry that you were not told but you have to pay the fees. When the respresentative opened the line of credit for me he said I would not need to worry until I use it I havent used a penny and now they are asking me to still pay the ... read more
