The worst customer service experience. The Bankers and the Bank Manager do not respect people's times. They also give you incorrect or incomplete information. Please train your bankers to provide accurate information. Also, customer service tip: if there is a problem, don't repeat the problem to the client by bringing in your manager. Try to work out a solution instead of repeating the issue.
Nothing but poor experiences from this bank thus far. I set up an account for an HSA through my employer and figured... Why not ill use this as a secondary account plus they have an incentive for signing up. Win-win I suppose. Unfortunately, they have been a headache since I began. It started with the person opening my account never ordering a debit card, then the bank giving me a hard time about actually honoring the incentive they offered for choosing them.
