I have had the worst customer service ever since Key Bank took over my mortgage from First Niagara Bank. This is the second time within a year that a draft to pay my mortgage from my wife's Key Bank account where it bounced back because Key Bank says the account does not exist! I am so tired of the gross negligence and incompetence of your agents who cannot execute a simple task. It's no surprise that they cannot understand a simple instruction.
