Had a series of bad interactions here, and surprise surprise, it was Max! If you're looking for a friendly neighborhood bank this isn't the place; I'm taking my (small) amount of money elsewhere.
Very rude and unwilling to do a simple bank transaction. Why bank here when there are many Good banks to choose from!! It’s your money, why cannot it not be accessed when you want it!??!!?!
Total incompetence from the branch level to the back office. Tried multiple ways to set up a new checking account with direct deposit online, including with my: - Valid U.S. Passport -State I.D. - Proof of Residence -Physical copy of the promotional After it didn't work setting it up online [twice, and I met all the requirements, it's basically a glitch in their system]... I've been with Key for over 10 years and I can't recall any negative experience. The employees have always been friendly and extremely helpful at any branch I've visited. My only gripe is that we need one in Barberton. The closest one is 10 minutes in the opposite direction of all my normal travel routes and they smack my pee-pee when I withdraw cash from one of those gas station ATMs or somewhere that isn't a Key branch. Maybe some day they'll open one nearby or forgo the "regional ATM fee" on top of what the machine is alr... read more
