Came here years later after my previous review still nothing change the representative in the drive thru has an attitude Mrs. case or whatever the name it’s. I called before coming to make sure they could do a money order thru the drive thru which I was told they could I pulled up to the drive thru and she tells me that they can’t do it. I visited the Highland Square Key bank to buy $10 worth of quarters, but they were sorted by 50 cents. I thought it was an honest mistake, so I let it slide. However, when I returned to the same teller for another quarter purchase, I counted them before leaving and found they were short by 50 cents. To avoid this issue, I try to steer clear of this teller, but it's becoming increasingly challenging. As a result, I plan to switch to a different bank location.
Don't care about pedestrians so why would they care about your money??? Update! It is snowing again and I guarantee they ain't gonna shovel. Go to Huntington up the road...or better yet join a credit union 2026 update: still won't shovel! Hope no one gets hurt. Update #2 - You better believe they didn't shovel! I won at the casino and went to the bank to deposit a cashiers check at the highland square branch in Akron. Did this last year no problem and funds were available immediately. Well, new policy at key has a 7 day hold because my account had been overdrawn within last 6 months. Asked the cashier what can be done and she gave me a piece of paper to call customer service (CS). She didn’t even offer to speak to the branch manager. Called CS, told them I wanted someone empowered to lift the hold, they sent an email to the branch ... read more
Had a series of bad interactions here, and surprise surprise, it was Max! If you're looking for a friendly neighborhood bank this isn't the place; I'm taking my (small) amount of money elsewhere.
