My wife went there to open an account and funded it with her paycheck. Not long after she tried to write a check and there was an issue with the account that caused her account to be locked and her money on hold. She did everything the fraud and security department wanted in terms of validating everything she needed to which included paperwork for her identity and even a notarized statement and they told her that wasn't enough and that she'd have to wait almost 3 months to get access to get money while they investigated. Worst experience I have ever had at a financial institution. All the staff were un helpful and rude. They have no relationship with their customers and assume everything is fraud. I would bank elsewhere.
