So on 11/17 I deposit a check in my fee bank checking account from another bank (Citizens) and today I get a letter from fee bank saying they were putting an extra long hold on the check because THEY THINK THE CHECK WILL BE UNPAID!! Total number of hold days 9! What gets me is the check already cleared Citizens! I will have access to my money on 11/16! As soon I refinance my piece of crap fee bank mortgage I'm out of there! Use the red key my &>÷!

This is more about key bank in general....first after nearly an hour of my time trying to make a credit card payment online and having no success, I then directed my husband to call the toll free number to make the payment. ...he was on hold for over a half hour to only be told he was not authorized to make a payment....what crap!!!! Poor customer service! I advised teller of issues not being able to access my account or deposit money (transferred from first niagara). I was told I could speak with someone who would help me. A woman walked by said we will be with you shortly, I sat there for 1/2 hour and no one even acknowledged me. I took all the precautions to make sure this was a smooth transition and it was anything but. I recieved contradictory information from first niagara, key bank, and key bank customer service
