Very helpful and friendly
I love Key Bank and the direction that they are going with their business. My only concern is that the executive offices never got back to me with the holiday schedule around. Before the New Year's holiday, I called her up (I believe her name was Ms. Janie) discussed with her my concerns about the unsanitary conditions of the ATMs at the Main and Campus Branches. I think these ATMs need a revamp (FYI: Huntington just placed in new ATMs). The ATMs, as well, have a confusing menu interface. The thing that I would really like t... read more

I came here and applied for the secured credit card on November 18th. I was notified by e-mail from the banker on November 21st that took my application that I was denied. Despite that, I never received my denial letter in the mail. A month later, I call up the credit card department and the rep that I spoke to, Ms. Lauren, informed me that there was no application on file.
