This branch location customer service is horrible. I have been banking with key since 2018 and ever since I been going to the West 5th location it has been nothing but problems with my account. I woke up this morning to get on online banking now my checking account say I don’t have a debit card 🤦♀️. I will be closing this account and going with another bank. Beware if u can go to another location
This KeyBank branch is great! James helped me come up with a financial plan and they have overall been great through the pandemic. I've been with Key for 5 years and they've always been great with customer service. Thank you!
DO NOT USE KEY BANK. Transactions are not recorded In real time. I received 2 over draft charges before I was alerted about the first one. When I called to disputed the second over draft charge, the customer service representative admitted that they are not able to provide real time updates and recommended that I balance my checkbook manually because the transactions will not show up in the true order that they occurred. Terrible customer service, only have one atm that is always being “serviced “. I end up driving to one further away so I can have my banking needs taken care of correctly and efficiently.
