4/23/24 I have now been a customer of KeyBank for 9 years and now after having someone put a fraudulent check into my account they blamed me closed my account and left me out to dry I gave them all of my information I showed them I had simply been looking for a small loan to pay my utilities . La experiencia fatal me sentí discriminado pues el señor que me atendió le comentó que me refirió un familiar que tiene cuenta con ellos y le entregue lo que solicitan para la apertura de cuenta social licencia o permiso de trabajo me negó la posibilidad si quiera me dijo que necesitaba la licencia en físico que no podía aceptar la impresa que da el dmv sin motivo alguno válido se negó a abrirme la cuenta fue desposta mal educado cuidado al venir a este sede
My first and only visit to this location was pleasantly surprising from the moment I stepped inside. First, it's end of day on a Friday and there was no line. Second. I have been a customer at this branch for over 7 years. Let me tell you, I used to think Mountain America was the best, but today, that opinion has changed. Over the years, I haven't had many issues, but I did find myself in an unfortunate and unforeseen situation that was horrible and I felt doomed. This bank (Zane and Andrew) these two were the most amazing, positive and helpful people ever.
