Horrible bank there's so many fees its ridiculous.
They will not cash a check that is further bank from a car accident so I gave one star and it’s pointless to have bank accounts
Bad to answer the phone ..
Always go to the Keybank on 4700 south they are amazing, went to the one on 300 by downtown this past Saturday, made an appointment with a teller which I won’t name for today at 12 she said she would call me, and never did, looking at my accts compared to interest I receive at capital one for my savings acct which is about $25 a month and 3 cents at Keybank for the same amount and not being called for an appt today has me wanting to open my new accts somewhere else.
