Went to branch to have them stop letting a company take money from checking well they didn't so asked again and again this company was able to get more money from account now it's overdrawn, did claim on company, even though it was bank who let it happen, so they couldn't get money back and I'm out
The older teller at the front (Regina) was one of the rudest bank employees I’ve ever dealt with. She spoke down to me and treated me like I didn’t matter. Completely unacceptable behavior. The younger woman who helped me afterward was fantastic, but one rude employee can ruin the entire experience—and she did. I have over $100k going through my accounts annually, and this is not how customers should be treated. I’ll be switching banks.
