Very helpful and knowledgeable
Everyone sits in there little cubicles trying to dodge customers in the front, they have the worst customer service and are in no hurry to accumulate business, very rude people here.
The bank manager here is rude and apparently doesn't know what he is doing. Has some kind of Napoleón complexión. Bless his heart.
I went in to cash a check with a Bank of America check, even though I'm a member of KeyBank, there was a hold put on the check and I was only able access 1/5th of the check until the following day. Seems kind of ridiculous but whatever.
