The older teller at the front (Regina) was one of the rudest bank employees I’ve ever dealt with. She spoke down to me and treated me like I didn’t matter. Completely unacceptable behavior. The younger woman who helped me afterward was fantastic, but one rude employee can ruin the entire experience—and she did. I have over $100k going through my accounts annually, and this is not how customers should be treated. I’ll be switching banks.
NO STARS!!!!!!! I will never use this bank. The personal banker is rude and extremely unprofessional.. absolutely worse experience I have ever had. Deposited a check I was told it wouldn't be until tuesday(4 days) when I could access the funds on a settlement/trust/government check. Tuesday came money was not available. Key bank used to be one of my favorite places to bank at. I just waited 25 minutes at the drive up teller, and I was ready to ring the bell to see what's going on. They don't even ask me how I wanted My bills back at and i tried to explain to the guy how rude that was. He hangs up the mic & viedo on me like a child.The customer service is horrible there.They weren't even busy if they were busy, I would completely understand but they were NOT busy.
