If you don’t have an account with them they treat you very rude!
If you would like a bank that is compassionate and gets your things done quickly, then I highly suggest you deal with another bank. Zero compassion, no communication between employees and they change the rules on a whim. My grandmother used this bank for 50 years, she had a stroke and could no longer handle her finances or daily living for herself anymore, so my father and I were court appointed conservators/guardians to take care of her and her finances. Bank is a joke, I have a payroll check drawn on their bank and don’t have an account, and they refused to cash it because it’s over a set limit that they also refused to tell me.
Horrible customer service at this branch! Nobody knows what is going on at this place! I recommend you going to another branch! The lead teller was rude and obviously had no interest in helping me!
They never answer phones,very unprofessional hopefully people realize go to another financial institution glad I have checking account at a credit union will be taking my money out of key investments going somewhere else hope you all get fired
