tried taking $100 from my account at the ATM today in gorham. the money was withdrawn from my account, but the machine is broken, so no cash was dispensed! called the fraud line and they said it would take TEN BUSINESS DAYS to get my money back…. ten business days to fix this when it’s the machine that was broken? i’m not about the life of giving interest-free loans to the bank because of their broken machines— this is ridiculous! please fix your machine so you stop stealing money from your customers, Keybank in Gorham.

Recently had an issue with a mobile deposit. Called the Gorham location and spoke to Marcel (hopefully the name is correct, terrible memory). He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even followed up to notify me when the check was deposited a few days after speaking with him. Very helpful!
