Best customer service ever!!
Drive thru closed under staffed location you spend more time waiting on the lobby to be taken care of than anything else
If I could give a negative star I would, this is the slowest freakin bank I’ve ever been too. Unfortunately I have to use it multiple times a month & wait 15-20mins for them to process a simple deposit nearly EVERY time I go. It’s seriously ridiculous. Update 4/14/24-one of the tellers told one of my co-workers that I told o e if their employees to go back to their mother land & to F@&$k off, neither of which I have ever done. I find this extremely unprofessional & am disgusted that they would spread such lies.
I signed up for an account and was promised a bonus if I opened the account by a certain date and fulfilled certain requirements. I opened the account on the last day of the offer and received an email stating as much after I was told that I opened the account outside of the promotional window. After presenting the email showing the account was opened on the last day of the offer, they still refused to pay out the bonus.
