Dispute or not they won't return your money they have lame excuses and worst communication and thier customer service sucks and the bankers are so unprofessional I closed my account and out so disappointed I don't recommend anyone to this bank
This is truly the worst bank and branch I have dealt with in my life. Brought in a mailer with $500 checking account bonus back in May 2025 to open, six months passed and I still have not received the promised bonus even after completing all requirements within the timeframe. The banker initially did not add the promo code, then when I brought this up with the branch manager Sherri, the back office proceeded to add the wrong promo code to my account, which made me ineligible to the bonus. I signed up for an account and was promised a bonus if I opened the account by a certain date and fulfilled certain requirements. I opened the account on the last day of the offer and received an email stating as much after I was told that I opened the account outside of the promotional window. After presenting the email showing the account was opened on the last day of the offer, they still refused to pay out the bonus.
