Had a large check I was depositing at the drive through and with the construction next door I couldn’t hear what the teller was saying. When I went inside to ask my question I spoke to a different teller who was answering my question. The first teller came over with an eye roll and actually said “like I already told you....” Really? This is customer service. No Cherukr. It is not. Unsatisfactory.

I know you guys didn't hire me because the Totem Lake (Kirkland, WA) Branch Manager didn't like it when I said I don't like to be micro-managed and she said she WAS a micro manager, which is fine, but isn't it Key Banks policy to notify their interviewees of their hiring managers decision?
