Just now I went inside the bank and I wanted to deposit money but the lady and the guy there wanted to leave and the man said if its only deposit you can do it on ATM and I said its ok since they are leaving for a break .I did it by ATM but when I returned to the building to go to my Dr I saw that guy working and there is a customer that he works with her . I felt upset because of his behavior and decide to not use this branch any more.
I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. About two weeks ago, I visited in person to address a restriction on my account and was told by the banker that I needed to sign an affidavit to start the investigation. She mentioned that she would need to wait for notification from another department and promised to call me back. After waiting 14 days with no follow-up, I contacted customer service. As a Kalaida Health Employee getting over to this location. I needed a temporary atm card for account access (wallet stolen), the wait is a week for a new debit card. Ran over on a whim for convenience. I only had my Kalieda Employee identification. The receptionist or greeter Employee very kindly said it was a discretionary act to accept or not accept the identification I had and they ussually require state drivers license.
