I’ve had KeyBank for 10 years and the last five years have been nothing but hassle, but they finally did the worst thing ever and as hard as it is, I’m transferring my paychecks and all my bills to another bank I showed proof of a dispute they claimed they never got it and they just overdrafted my account by $300 today so now I Have to call HR and have my paycheck put into Cash app until I find another bank, but I can tell you that KeyBank has been nothing but a hassle the last few years you will never speak to anybody that ... read more
Came here to get help with opening an account, and got nothing but the run around. Ignored completely, ditched all my phone calls and voicemails. Really disappointed as I heard how good KeyBank was, guess I’ll take my business somewhere else. Don’t waste your time. There’s better banks that are more convenient
