Came here to get help with opening an account, and got nothing but the run around. Ignored completely, ditched all my phone calls and voicemails. Really disappointed as I heard how good KeyBank was, guess I’ll take my business somewhere else. Don’t waste your time. There’s better banks that are more convenient
Heard them tell a nice Hispanic man that he’s welcome if he’s legal, but if he’s not then he’s not welcome. You guys have some nerve employing racist white supremacists. Disgusting.
I love this branch. Tellers are friendly, smile and are pleasant. The branch is locally convenient and has great hours.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Received a check for payment from a customer after completing a job. The customer has an account at KeyBank so I went there to cash the check. I was told they do not cash checks from their customers unless the recipient has an account. I have never heard of such poor business!! Not only that, they are only open until 4:00 Monday through Friday. Terrible bank and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to deal with this financial institution!!!
