I have be been banking with Castle Pines Key Bank for years. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Great customer service, especially Sarah, Devon, Connor and Kelsey. They always go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Thank you for years of service.
This bank needs to be shut down! They closed all 8 of my accounts when they KNEW I hadn’t received any notice (it required a signature and I received a “we missed you” notice). The level of discrimination from this company is absolutely appalling. The manager is not professional or helpful and has no clue what’s going on. Doesn’t return phone calls. MAJOR SCAM STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Also if you search keybank and discrimination- you’ll know I’m not alone. Absolutely sickening by such a large company.
