Absolutely the worst bank I have ever experienced . The local Castle Rock branch is a complete mess. Unprofessional , bad customer service and one of the only banks that offers not relief during COVID-19 .
It has been a frustrating experience banking with KeyBank. If you call or go into the branch with a question or need help they tell you to call the 800# and then the 800# tells you to go back to the branch. It’s like no one at KeyBank wants to make a little effort to help or figure out the problem. I don’t even know why there is a branch here when it seems that all they do is take deposits and tell you to call an 800# for anything else. I honestly would not recommend this bank to anyone.
