It seems like no one works here anymore. Almost every time I’m here there is one employee and you have to wait forever for even the simplest of transactions.
Huntington bank couldn’t get me a debit card mailed to my address, when I tried to transfer banks I had money transfers blocked and had to go to this location where they where very rude
Just spent 10-15 minutes waiting for assistance. Had $65,000 for CD. No assistance.....is this really a bank ? Oh well, go to my other bank.

The pandemic has more than past and this branch still requires appointments on SATURDAYS even to do a simple withdrawal!! If they are so concern with Covid why aren’t they wearing masks??? What about people who work during the week? I peaked through the door and one of the tellers was sitting on the floor talking with another employee. Is this what the interest they’re making off my money is going to? Can’t get back in for another two weeks due to my schedule which is a HUGE inconvenience.
