I went inside of this key bank for my first time. I cashed a couple of checks and the teller lady was friendly for the most part. I wanted to open myself up a new checking account. Few months ago I was told by the head teller as she helped me fill out a courtesy check that the funds would be available tomorrow! Next day 3500 was deposited within 24 hours $3,500 was withdrawn by them! Very incompetent! I I stressed and asked if it was all okay and she said yes as checks bounced left and right! Today I deposited $2,650 on their app and after the fact was told funds would not be available until Tuesday! I was at branch around 4pm for my wire transfer at north Olmsted location and cashier took it to the lady manager, waited there , and manager doesn’t know , I wire transfers before also with other key bank branch, I called my business key bank manager and he was sick , so he took day off!!
