I was at branch around 4pm for my wire transfer at north Olmsted location and cashier took it to the lady manager, waited there , and manager doesn’t know , I wire transfers before also with other key bank branch, I called my business key bank manager and he was sick , so he took day off!! Couldn’t verify business account bc i moved and addressed changed. they froze it i went in yesterday talked to stephani to get it resolved she said she would fix it today and give me a call well today’s veterans day and she didn’t tell me they were closed.
