This isnt about vermilion brand. Its about key bank as a whole. Their customer service on the phone is horrible. They either hang up on you or call you a name. Today I was called dumb. This was all for a mistake that the company made not me. They have took money out of a checking account for no reason and has added charges to a credit card that dont belong, more than once. Both have been turned off and they are still charging the credit card. But admit that theres a zero balance that they are charging interest and fees to, (... read more
