The staff is rude and not helpful at all. After dealing with a (still unresolved) issue with them, I see that Key Bank as a financial institution, is inconsistent, inept, shady and untrustworthy. As soon as they "find" and return my 14+ thousands of dollars to me, I'm cancelling all of my accounts with them and will tell any & everyone I know, to avoid banking with them.
