I moved to Harrisburg. My acct w/ NWCCU since 1988 was compromised. Research of local banking left me Leary. I called KeyBank, Kim answered and from her demeanor, I decided to stop in despite the lack of "Stars". I was a tad distraught, but after a short wait, I met with Sean. It was late in the day on a Friday and I was exhausted. I left with an account I believe is perfect for me and hope of consolidating my debt. My advice is to put Your $ where your Friends are! My Friends call me Jeff

Set my mother up with acct at Key Bank in Harrisburg, OR. A lawyer came with us. My dad is dying & this was about getting her set up & protected. 3 weeks went by & she's waiting for her checks & debit card to pay bills. This is the only way she can. They accused her of actually getting her checks & cards before they admitted their mistakes of never ordering them. Two weeks later from addressing the issue, we are waiting for them to be delivered.
