We going to td bank because they pissed my wife off
This bank is super sketchy! First I wasn’t able to deposit their check via online my Capital One Bank Account, then I go to this branch and they are the first bank I have ever been to that charges non-members to cash their member check and on top of charging me $7.50 they don’t give you a receipt for the transaction. Making me feel like I just got cheated and no proof. And Supervisor is out on PTO. Super sketchy. I feel scammed.

I tried going to the Avon branch this past Saturday. The bank told me that they were not letting customers in except for appointments. Why keep the doors open? A lot of times, the only day people could come in is Saturdays. I was in bank with an older gentleman and the lady was very rude. This bank is beyond horrible. I plan on switching to a personal and friendly bank that actually cares about customers. A few people I know are so fed up with this bank they closed their accounts.
