I just tried to get some cash from drive through atm, surprise no money
I called Key Bank to see if they could do a foreign currency exchange, and the clerk who was on the other line (Noah) was perhaps some of the best customer service i have recieved in the past 4 years. not only was he extremely polite he also got right down to buisness and answered my questions in a timely manner. after this one interaction im debating setting an account after this splendid interaction i had with this gentleman.
Don't listen to the negative reviews. I've had personal and business accounts here and have never once had a negative experience. The branch is always calm and quiet, short lines, very kind tellers (Yuliza is a sweetheart) And the bankers here are the best. Sherly is absolutely amazing! I actually have a branch closer to me but choose to drive to this location because of the amazing staff and quick service. I appreciate you guys! - T
Don't bank here. They cannot cash checks unless it's a key bank check. The only reason to sign up is to save 5 dollars on cashing their checks they also will not cash your check if it's over 1100 even if it's a key check.
