So I applied for an auto refi. I didn’t get approved, which stinks, but that’s not why I’m reviewing 3 stars. Everyone was very nice, I enjoyed the conversations I had with the professionals I spoke with. The problem is that the communication was terrible. I received a phone call from the loan broker the next day, and a message was left. They hold a key long-standing position in the community. The roof always looks great! I can tell which way the winds blowing from the flag and in the winter the Christmas tree is wonderful.
My favorite bank cuz Kara Cope is amazing.
The Headquarters location in Eugene, OR at 10th and Oak is blessed to have Kara as their lead teller. She is the primary reason that I visit the headquarters location for my personal Banking needs. She makes things convenient and thanks me by my name. She has personally handled some errors for me when we had an issue with a delayed debit card.
