Absolute nightmare of a bank to deal with. I have had so many terrible, unnecessary issues with them at all branches, too many to list. I was on a wildfire in California declared a state emergency, while i was out my account went $9.99 negative, i was gone for 12 days and came back to $288 dollars in fees that no one could help me with taking not even one of the reoccurring fees off.
