I honestly would never come to any KeyBank the staff and the manager is horribly rude. Do not bank do not go to this bank very horrible rude people treat people with such disrespect. If I could give them zero stars I would branch and other key being should be closed down for what they are doing, this is horrible. How they treat people I think they all need more training on how to treat people with respect if not shut this brand down horrible waiting negative out of 10.
I’ve banked at Key for years. They closed the branch that was nearest and most convenient for me. There are few locations on the north west side of South Bend and my work hours prohibit me from going to the bank. Because of this, I have used mobile deposit in the past and was happy to pay a small fee for instant access. The fee is now $10!! Please consider an ATM at least, on the northwest side around ND OR cleveland and 933.
