My favorite bnk in Enumclaw.
Gary (manager) is rude and hostile. He raised his voice at a customer, and refused to cash a corporate check written from key bank. Absolutely will be filing a complaint with the corporate office after seeing how he treats his customers, and his employees.
Just a few months ago I started an account with Key bank because they offered a new account incentive and I was so feed up with another bank in town. I am so pleased with Key Bank !!!! Excellent customer service, always friendly and efficient. They actually answer the phone and talk with their customers. Recommend Highly!
