Booked Saturday 11:00 AM appointment to open a new account a week in advance. Arrived 10 mins early, first banker bluntly told me the system assigned banker wasn't working and to come back on a weekday. Rather than apologizing for their system's error, she claimed that I chose an off-duty banker and dismissed me. I went in around Noon on a Saturday and really appreciated the communication provided at this branch, as thar as my wait time and what to expect. Neera came out to greet me personally and was very helpful.
This branch employs people who hate people. Went through the drive through / wanted to exchange 20’s for a crisp $100 bill to put into a birthday card. Girl in the drive through took the cash - then said she couldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account, sent the cash back loose (no envelope, no rubber band, nothing) - cash blew out of the drawer from the wind, lost $40 - girl had zero remorse, care or concern. Called the manager to share this matter, no call back = no concern. What truly horrible people.
