ATM didn’t give me the $20 I had wanted to withdrawal instead spit out a receipt of $200! Made a weird sound and broke! But no money!!!!!!!!!!! But $200 is now withdrawn for the account and it’s not in my hand! When talking to the bank staff they said the atm has been doing that...... why not put an out of order sign on it then genius! They said I had to file a grievance could take 30 days to get the money back here’s the kicker it’s taken longer to get money back then promised..fuck this bank!
Awesome experience! HELOC done in less than 30 days. Kevin was a tremendous help and made our experience positive (and fun!) from start to finish. Highly recommend Kevin at the Kent branch.
Need Calculators This bank is not very user friendly and the checking deposit slips aren't always that accessible. They also don't have calculators which I enjoy when I go to a bank. The service is friendly though.
