Call to ask about a change of address for my account. My questions were answered correctly. I went in to the branch the change was done in less than 10 mins.
I have been banking with them for years. Back in 2022 my account had some fraud issues from somebody else and I had to close that account and open a new account and now they are telling me that there is a permanent ban on my online banking after they told me that I would have online banking with new account. So because somebody else tried to fraud my account, now I’m being punished for it. Makes no sense at all and makes it very inconvenient.
There is a lovely banker named Tonya who went above and beyond what was necessary to help me. I highly recommend Key Bank because then have a local small bank feel with the support of a huge bank behind them.
