The lady at key bank, Paezsil, is a rude woman. She doesn't do her job. Lies to her customer, rude over the phone every time we called. I'm trying to talk my brother into going to another bank. That woman doesn't like to help people she's lazy and rude. And it sucks because my brother and his wife have been there for over 30 years.
Call to ask about a change of address for my account. My questions were answered correctly. I went in to the branch the change was done in less than 10 mins.
