This is actually for the old FN location, at 69 Main. They always understaff the bank. Always. Especially after a Bank Holiday that lands on a Friday. Friday, where most people get paid. Friday, where people couldn't deposit/cash their paychecks so they are going to go in the next day to do it. Except this bank decided to staff a whole two tellers on that Saturday! So 13 customers to 2 tellers. Why? I have no idea. But clearly this location is not here to help the customers.
