Just called and a real person answered...right away!! And he was so kind!!
The Skaneateles branch has the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. First, in April they told me I had an open credit card from when I was 12 years old. When I told them it must be a mistake, they didn't believe me. I had to email and call to reach high up in the corporation AND google search the women with my same name to tell her what was happening in order to get this straightened out.
