I HATE KEY BANK!!!! Now all of a sudden I’m negative almost 60 dollars!!! THEY STEAL PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY BY NOT BEING UPFRONT ABOUT FEES AND CHARGES!!! IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND GOING ELSEWHERE!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!
They'll charge $7.50 to cash one of their own checks because it's convenient for them. Terrible customer service and a perfect reason to avoid banking with them.

A one week hold on checks - when I’ve had the account for a long time - and have never bounced anything. Are you kidding me? My other bank makes $100 available the next business day, $500 the next day and I’m not sure when the remainder is put in. Key bank doesn’t put in anything? What’s up with that? Actually, I was told it depends on the back of the house, that they have no set protocol. I guess it’s time to go down to one bank and save the hassle. Would’ve been a hell of a lot faster to just cash the check then deposit it... read more
