Very disappointing experience with this bank. I spoke with a local branch manager who hung up on me while I was explaining my frustration. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I will be closing all my accounts and will not be doing business with this bank anymore.
If I could give key bank a zero rating I would, I got scammed out of some money and the bank did nothing to protect me or my money, wouldn’t recommend them.
The new ATM won’t accept my card and they’re closed on Saturdays
