opened an account to set up a fund for an investment property. bank closed it after the fact because they locked me out of the online portal and needed additional information that they didn't explicitly ask for in any step of the process. now there's a check in the mail that's taken several additional weeks to arrive because of lack of communication. they verbally stated that there's no solution. will not be returning.

Never have I ever banked with a more frustrating, security compromised institution. I've had to replace my debit card at least once a year since I started banking with Key because my information has been compromised. Someone hacked my account and drained it in January. My account was then frozen for over a month, no word from anyone, no way to pay my bills. Had to go down in person mid February to get a new account open.
