Key has been my bank for 20 years, the bank is clean, the team members are always friendly and professional, service is quick and if you ever need to call the number on the back of your card, you'll talk to a real person on this continent.
Terrible. Stupid employees. Does anyone know how to actually do their job?? I guess not.
Didn’t think it was possible to be worse than 5/3 bank, but Key banks has taken the prize. I’m too lazy to articulate the issues I experienced. Suffice it to say, these two banks are sure to disappoint!
Tried to assist other half Tina Billings to refi when rates where low year and half o 2 years ago..Didnt get it done..fella said he was busy and even had to work a full day on saturday...almost brought tears to my eyes.boo hoo.Tina works at hospital been phtfing in 10 -12 hour days 6 sometimes 7 days a week since Covid ..i worked many 6 sometimes 7 days when i had kids at home.sometimes 2 jobs...Now half the time she dosnt receive a monthy statement till after its due......
