Called the day before no answer left a message never got a call back also went in today to open a business account was told didn’t know if they could do it had to check with someone and also was told I would have to make appointment frustrating when you try to call before and they don’t even bother to call a person back
Staff is friendly but their hours suck and the ATM is down more times than any other bank I've had.
I'm not a KeyBank customer but chose to use their ATM 4 days ago because it was convenient. I don't live in this town and was just passing through and the ATM took my card and said there was a technical error and couldn't return it. It was not possible for me to make it back during business hours until today and I was told that they couldn't return my card because it was from a different bank. This doesn't make sense to me and has now caused me a lot of hassle because my bank had to mark my card as lost since it is now compr... read more
