I'm not a KeyBank customer but chose to use their ATM 4 days ago because it was convenient. I don't live in this town and was just passing through and the ATM took my card and said there was a technical error and couldn't return it. It was not possible for me to make it back during business hours until today and I was told that they couldn't return my card because it was from a different bank.
