Very disappointed with this branch. We went there to open the bank account because they don’t provide all the information over phone and instead just ask us to visit the branch. While in branch their aim is to convince us to buy services which probably not useful to us but signing to services means we have to pay money to bank. We decided to not open the bank account at the branch.
Super helpful staff. The branch manager Supriya Chandrayan took ownership of my problem to access account online and resolved it by talking to multiple departments.
Always VERY slow service. Constantly understaffed at prime hours. This branch in particular is very poor. Other Key branches are similar, but not as bad. Unfortunately, this is the trend for most banks to discourage in-person banking.
I had an excellent experience with Supriya Chandrayan. She assisted me in retaining my safe deposit box when I encountered some issues. Supriya was not only professional and helpful, but she also made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and the exceptional service she provided.
