I made a big and embarrassing mistake when trying to open an account and the bank representative, Prathiksha, was calm and super kind when we discovered what I had done. She talked me through it and offered her time without making me feel rushed. It's hard to find good customer service like this and it means a lot to me when it happens. Thanks so much, Prathiksha!
THE BEST BANK I KNOW!
I use Keybank just to withdraw cash that I transfer from my other accounts, which I do a few times a year. I have been to this branch on two occasions and every time the teller (different each time) has been increasingly nosey about why I am withdrawing large amounts of cash. This type of behavior concerns me that members’ private matters are discussed amongst the staff. I expect a high level of discretion when it comes to financial transactions. What people do with their money is of no concern to Keybank employees.
Horrible experience at KeyBank today. I made an online appointment for a notary, but the manager Supriya Chandrayan was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She clearly didn't want to honor the appointment and made the entire process difficult for no reason. They started telling lies and said that they can't see appointments made online.
