I use Keybank just to withdraw cash that I transfer from my other accounts, which I do a few times a year. I have been to this branch on two occasions and every time the teller (different each time) has been increasingly nosey about why I am withdrawing large amounts of cash. This type of behavior concerns me that members’ private matters are discussed amongst the staff. I expect a high level of discretion when it comes to financial transactions. What people do with their money is of no concern to Keybank employees.
Horrible experience at KeyBank today. I made an online appointment for a notary, but the manager Supriya Chandrayan was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She clearly didn't want to honor the appointment and made the entire process difficult for no reason. They started telling lies and said that they can't see appointments made online. It was really good experience and staff was really comparative.
The staff here took good care of me for about 6ish years or so before I moved, when I needed advice on auto loans they were VERY honest and helpful. Overall this location has my trust and I would recommend them
Avoid this bank. Save your time and energy. Most incompetent bank I have ever seen. They froze our bank account because they needed the proof of address which I provided on the spot. They never said I couldn’t use my wifi bill. Two weeks after, without any notice, they froze our account without any notice. Our payroll didn’t go through. We had to make calls to see how to recover our payroll service to make sure we can pay on time this week. Such a disaster.
