Not sure why the bad reviews. Compared to other key banks I have been to, this is a very friendly key. I have banked with key for years and have been to many different locations. My cashier today was very kind. The receipt says *Pittoal* Thank you hun. Keep being kind. It is noticed today :-)
Great bank, great people! Unfortunately they are closing this branch in May, and I am told they are not leaving an ATM in town, which means anyone in or near New Lebanon needs to be moving their accounts to another bank unless they want make a 45 minute round-trip drive to US-40 in Englewood, or to carry their cash down the highway through a crime-ridden Dayton neighborhood to cut it down to a 40 minute round trip.
