The overdraft fees are insane! They'll take every dime you have even for unintended charges that are 13 cents and and then you have no money for your bills or priority expenses because of multiple excessive unnecessary charges. Initially a man on the phone said they could help wave the fees in person but once you go in, they refuse to help and say they can't do anything (including the manager). What kind of bank closes at 4pm?!?!????
I took a car loan with keybank and I go to add my account from huntington and it wont accept it. I call their support number and they say theres no way to add my account from huntington and pay online. I was told I can call in and pay over the phone every month. I have an account with money in it and theirs no way to pay online but to call in. I just wrote a check and paid it off, I’m not dealing with this.
