Great bank,, they had a couple of characters that are no longer there which is a good thing,, but I like the bank,, its fast and friendly.

Christie Traikoff- One of the nicest young ladies i have ever met. Went to the Key Bank Down Town and wanted to transfer all of my savings to my checking. Was a long process but yet she made conversation with me and made me feel well at home while i stood there. I can not ask for anything more then that. I will pick Key Bank over any bank in ashtabula. Both Christie at down town and also the Kristy at the Edgewood made things alot easier for me. Key Bank Corprate, I thank you forr highering such great people.Jerry
\$65 fees on the -\$2.53 balance of 5 days Key bank is one of the nice bank in US and I am happy with my account also. But recently I received letter from Key bank on the fee of \$65.50 for the negative balance of \$2.53 for 5 days. Unfortunately I didnt know the low balance of my account and just fill up the gas to my car at gas station. Anyway negative balance happened.
